Atlantis The Royal Resort & Residences has transformed the skyline of Dubai. Situated on the crescent of The Palm, it spans 63 hectares of land, boasting over 92 swimming pools and 2 kilometers of beachfront – the largest privately-owned beachfront in Dubai. The hotel, standing at 43 storeys high in the west wing, offers 795 guest rooms and suites, while the private residences, located in the east wing, rise 37 storeys high and comprise 231 residential homes ranging from two to five-bedroom residences, including Skycourts, Penthouses, and Garden Suites. Each residence and hotel room enjoys views of the Palm Island or the Arabian Gulf, with many featuring private outdoor spaces such as terraced gardens with private infinity pools.

Atlantis The Royal Resort & Residences boasts world-class amenities, including a sky-high infinity pool soaring to 96 meters above The Palm, providing breathtaking views of the city skyline and the Arabian Gulf. The architectural firm Kohn Pederson Fox Associates (KPF), based in NYC, leads the project, creating a contemporary masterpiece with cantilevered living spaces that redefine urban indoor-outdoor living. The double curvature façade of the structure, designed by KPF, offers ever-changing exterior views with its stepped profile.

Paris-based Sybille de Margerie Interior Design, renowned for its visionary and holistic approach, has crafted luxurious environments tailored for comfort and luxury. Offering elegant finishing touches and creative use of colors, Sybille’s work brings classic European style to the palatial homes of Atlantis The Royal Resort & Residences. The residence offers 82 different floorplan options, with residents able to choose from three interior design themes.

In the bathrooms, residents can enjoy the Him by Zucchetti taps collection, reflecting the ever-changing light of Dubai throughout the day with colors and textures inspired by sunrise, zenith, and sunset.
